There’s tension brewing in Ghana’s Northern music scene as a fresh conflict ignites between Tamale-based heavyweight rapper Fadlan and Northug Music, a prominent music label in Wa. What seemed like an exciting announcement has suddenly turned into a public misunderstanding and possible beef.
It all began just hours after Northug Music’s interview on Home Radio, where the label announced that a new collaboration with Fadlan was on the way. The track, titled “Je Je” and produced by Fuji, was revealed as one of the anticipated singles from Northug’s forthcoming “Sa Ku Bo” Album.
